Northern Devon Healthcare (NDHT) is currently recruiting for a Band 4 Emergency Preparedness Resilience & Response (EPRR) Administration Officer to support the Emergency planning function.

This exciting role will form part of the team that lead an effective and resilient response to the Coronavirus pandemic and Winter pressures .

We are looking for applicants who are confident, with a team focus but who also have the ability to be self-directing and work independently. You should possess excellent organisational skills as you will be required to prepare the administration process for the incident response.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and possess the necessary qualities to adapt to an ever changing environment.

The post is 37.5 hours per week flexing between 7.5 and 12 hour days dependant on the incident response.

Subject to formal matching, the band is confirmed but there may need to be some revision to the JD required in the future.

Our teams of care professionals work with patients and their families to support peoples’ independence, health and wellbeing. We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.
