As head of nursing and allied health professionals, you will be responsible for professional leadership to the non-medical clinical workforce while working closely with the director of nursing and allied health professionals. Of key importance will be your commitment to continuous improvement, shared learning and best practice, while being passionate about providing patients with the highest possible quality care.

The role will provide integrated professional leadership across all aspects of the organisation’s nursing and allied health professional functions while also working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. This includes all planned, unplanned and new services. The post holder will ideally hold a MSc, however, applicants with relevant clinical and healthcare management and leadership skills and experience will also be considered.
