The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust (RD&E) provides Acute and Community services across Exeter and East Devon serving a population of more than 450,000 people. In our latest CQC full inspection of our services, the RD&E received an overall rating of “good”. The main hospital site is in the historical Cathedral city of Exeter that has abundant family amenities and beautiful surrounding countryside. We are looking for a personable, well organised, enthusiastic person to provide an efficient, professional administrative service to the Gynaecology Department within the Specialist Services Division working 30 hours per week over 4 days. This dynamic role will keep you both challenged and busy. You will be required to work to deadlines in line with our Trust targets.

You must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, an ability to use your own initiative and be able to work well under pressure . You will be adaptable, reliable and be an excellent team player. You will have excellent administration experience. You will be working with a wide range of people and communicating with both patients and staff therefore empathy and patience is essential.
