Northern Care Alliance - Post Covid Assessment Service

Clinic Location: Lanceburn Medical Centre


We are looking for a highly motivated senior clinician nurse at 8a level, who can prescribe, and has a keen interested in respiratory medicine and COVID-19, including long-covid.

 

You will work as part of an MDT group comprising of Specialist Nurse (Respiratory), GP, This Role, Physio, OT, and 3rd Sector Support Service across salford.


Office based at St James’ house, which is the headquarters for SRFT Community Services, and attend clinics to consult patients at Lanceburn Medical Centre. Currently MDTs take place via Microsoft Teams.

 

This role will potentially run from now until April 2022

Working hours are 08.800-16.00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Day Rates: £21.54 per hour Night/Sat £28.00 per hour Sun/Bank Holiday £34.47 per hour

Skills

  • Working within the Nursing and Midwifery guidelines, you should have excellent communication skills as this role is key working with the MDT group, Allied Health professionals and 3rd sector support services across Salford.
  • Knowledge of Patient Clinical Systems such as EPR, Patient Centre, Results Systems. Ideally knowledge and training in SRFT clinical systems.

  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role held within the last 2 years
  • Registered with the nursing and Midwifery council
