Administration Assistant

37.5 and 30 hrs per week

Outpatient Department, Loughborough Hospital

LLR Alliance is an NHS organisation providing outpatient and daycase services in Community Hospitals across Leicestershire and Rutland, with the desire to provide an excellent standard of patient centred care.

An opportunity has arisen for 2 Administration Assistants to work in our outpatient/daycase team at Loughborough Hospital. There are 2 posts available, 30 and 37.5 hours.

Duties will include; preparing notes for clinic, reception cover, requesting patient reports, liaising with consultant and nursing teams and a variety of other administrative duties.

You will become part of a talented, passionate team of people, committed to providing the best care and treatment to patients. You will receive at least 27 days' holiday each year, plus a range of other benefits including occupational health and counselling services.

In addition to effective interpersonal skills, the post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to occasionally undertake cross site working to meet the needs of the service.
