We currently have an opportunity for Bank Logistics Porters in the Facilities & Estates Directorate. The post involves working across the Leicester Royal Infirmary, The Leicester General Hospital, and the Glenfield Hospital. Working in a busy acute hospitals, you will be required to undertake a range of duties in the provision of Logistics Services, both planned and reactive.The Logistics Service at the Leicester Royal Infirmary consists of Post Room, Linen and Waste and Portering.

The candidate should be friendly and polite. They should also be able to work as part of a flexible team in a customer service environment. The candidate should also be able to complete a variety of duties. The successful candidate will need to be able to perform a wide range of duties within these departments.

The post is weekly paid and a uniform is supplied. The successful applicant will receive a first class training package, which includes all training necessary to safely undertake Logistics duties.
