Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1m people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We are currently recruiting for HR Administrator to join our busy Employee Services Team based at Thurmaston, Leicester. However, due to the current Covid-19 situation, you will initially be based from home.

We are looking to recruit one 6-month fixed term contract employee. Previous applicants need not re-apply.

Our Employee Services Team provides a high quality, timely and responsive transactional HR service to the whole Trust. Working as part of the team, you will provide HR admin support to managers, staff and the HR Team, including dealing with first line phone calls into the HR department for HR advice and co-ordination and inputting of payroll details onto the ESR system (integrated HR and payroll database)

You will be organised, adaptable and able to work quickly and accurately while dealing with many ongoing activities and issues at the same time. You will have experience in delivering efficient, pro-active and customer focused services, have excellent communication and IT skills and be able to build good and effective working relationships with managers in the Trust. Experience of working within HR would be advantageous.

For areas where our teams work to staffing rosters, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
