Bolton NHS Foundation Trust was formed in 2008 and, in 2011, we became an integrated provider with community health services joining the trust. Covering a catchment area that also incorporates parts of Bury, Wigan and Salford, we deliver hospital and community based services from the Royal Bolton Hospital in Farnworth and from 20 health centres across Bolton, to a catchment population of 320,000 people. We have a CQC rating as good overall and we have some key areas of outstanding practice with an outstanding rating for being well led at every level.

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual who is passionate about improving staff experience and transforming culture. Supporting the Deputy Director of Organisational Development, you will lead the Staff Experience Team to deliver a high-impact function that helps the Trust to achieve its’ strategic ambitions. The team is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating initiatives, programmes and services relating to OD, staff health and wellbeing, employee engagement, cultural transformation, behaviour change, staff recognition, onboarding and employee voice.

You will have a successful and proven track record of developing and delivering innovative OD interventions and staff experience activities. You will be someone who can build positive and constructive relationships across all levels and professions, and someone who has an inclusive leadership style that brings people along with you. Your strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills will be key to this role.

As a member of the Workforce and OD Management Team you will be at the forefront of transforming our services and supporting health and social care integration.
