gtd healthcare is currently on a digital journey and looking to recruit a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to enable all organisational effectiveness and help drive our digital strategy.

The post forms part of the Information & Digital Delivery team, where the prime function is to achieve its digital ambitions by improving the experience for our people, patients and services through organisational efficiencies.

The post holder will lead the Business Intelligence function and work to deliver an effective data analysis service to support transformation project delivery and liaising closely with Operational and Performance colleagues.

We are looking for an inspirational advocate to support clinical service delivery and performance management throughout the entire footprint, as well as delivering external statutory reporting, through the development of business intelligence analysis using the available information systems.

The team’s fundamental structure consists of two core functions (‘Digital Technical Developments & Support’ and ‘Business Intelligence Development’)

The role with requires a strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skill set, which can communicate often complex and sensitive performance issues to a wide range of audiences including senior management. A key area is the ability to draw conclusions from analysis undertaken and guide people to make sound decisions based on the results.

As part of the Clinical Operations Directorate, one of the key responsibilities of the Information Services Department is the provision of accurate and timely information to satisfy both internal & external corporate reporting requirements. This includes Contract Monitoring, statutory submissions, Board and Executive dashboards, Operational Management Reports and Performance Indicators.

Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Delivery Manager, you will have the support needed to deliver the digital strategy.
