We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator to join the CHUGGS Clinical Management Team working within General Surgery, mainly based at the LGH, but with flexibility to cover cross-sites depending on the department needs.


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our busy teams as a Clinic Coordinator.


You will be responsible for an agreed number of named Consultants and their outpatient clinics; this will include all administrative tasks from referral to discharge.


You will be providing a reception service for your Consultants so experience in customer service along with excellent communication skills will be very desirable in this role.


Experience in Choose and Book (ESR) and HISS Patient Systems would also be desirable but not essential as we will provide training for this.
