Qualified Mental Health Nurse at band 5 level

Why work for us?

NAViGO Health and Social Care CIC provide health and social care services to a population of about 158,000. We are a progressive and ambitious organisation that aims to support those living with a mental health illness, their carers and families in the simplest and most effective ways. We are different because we know working with the same methods doesn’t work forever; and we will continue to challenge the way we do things to create the best services that are centred on the people who use them.

We are a multi award winning service. We achieved Best Companies and Sunday Times Top#100Companies, HSJ awarded us one of the top 10 places to work in healthcare and the CQC recently rated our service as ‘GOOD’.

All of our services are committed to delivering quality care that we would be happy for our own families to use.

As part of NAViGO’s attraction package, we currently now offer a New Hire Bonus of up to £2,500 for registered Nursing and Social Worker staff in a Band 5 or 6 front line role with direct patient care. There is also a generous relocation package available, if applicable (T&Cs apply).

As standard we also offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our staff. These great offers are a way of reminding our staff how highly we value them:

NHS Pension Scheme

Salary Sacrifice Car scheme

Bike to work

Local discounts from various retailers

White goods/computer salary sacrifice scheme

NHS Discounts

Regular team sporting/social events

Yearly appraisals

As well as other exciting incentives and opportunities.

We pay our employees in line with the Agenda for Change (AfC) NHS pay scales. Employees will receive an annual increment on their salary which acts as a reward for their continued service.

We believe that our employees should enjoy a healthy work-life balance, which is the main influencing factor behind us allowing employees at least 35% more annual leave than the statutory leave amount.
