We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to support Digital Transformation across Buckinghamshire. You will be working closely with the team and system partners to deliver the digital elements of the NHS Long Term Plan, supporting the development of Primary Care Networks, record sharing and patient/citizen facing technology within Primary Care and across the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). The post holder will provide administrative, business and project support to the Associate Director, Programme Lead and wider team of Programme and Project Managers.

This is an exciting time to join Buckinghamshire CCG as we implement change and innovation and work more closely with partners within the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) and the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (ICS). Digital Transformation is a key enabler which will contribute to the success of the ICP and ICS.

The postholder must have the ability to travel between CCG bases, other partner organisation sites including GP practices and to specific meetings as required.
