We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with an internal team and system partners to drive Digital Transformation across Buckinghamshire. This involves delivering the digital elements of the NHS Long Term Plan, supporting the development of Primary Care Networks, record sharing and patient/citizen facing technology within Primary Care and across the Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). This is an exciting time to join Buckinghamshire CCG as we implement change and innovation and work more closely with partners within the Buckinghamshire ICP and Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (ICS). Digital Transformation is a key enabler which will contribute to the success of the ICP and ICS.

The post holder will support or take responsibility for specific projects and work streams, shaping the way health is delivered across Buckinghamshire. In addition to the necessary skills and experience, the ideal candidate will need to be able to build and maintain strong partner relationships within the ICP & ICS, manage competing priorities and proactively problem solve to ensure digital solutions are successfully implemented and benefits realised. The postholder must have the ability to travel between CCG bases, other partner organisations sites including GP practices and to specific meetings as required.
