We are seeking a conscientious, experienced individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration support to the Director and Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a range of administration experience.

As part of the role you will provide an effective and efficient secretarial service and supervise the two administrators. You must be able to work pro-actively and on your own initiative with a sound understanding of the business of the Trust and current practices. You must also be able to manage your own workload and ensure information is communicated appropriately and enquiries are directed correctly, to contribute to the smooth running of the service.

You will need to have a flexible approach and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities along with a commitment to your own development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
