With more than 16,500 staff the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) is one of the biggest and busiest NHS Trusts in the country, serving the one million residents of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

As a pathfinder within the government’s New Hospitals Programme to build 40 new hospitals, UHL has been allocated £450m which aims to reconfigure the hospital site to support transformation and enable clinical sustainability.

We are now recruiting for the newly created role of Head of Financial Reconfiguration to support the Assistant Director of Finance - Reconfiguration. The post holder will be critical in the delivery of the Outline and Full Business Cases that require submission to NHSE/I, incorporating transformation together with ensuring that the Programme has appropriate financial grip and control through all stages from business case development through to construction and commissioning.
