Band 4 Senior Administrator ,Locality Hubs. 37.5 hrs per week . Working 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday

This position is to provide Senior Administrative support for the Locality Hubs.

The Locality Hubs are based at Woking Community Hospital , Ashford Hospital and Walton Community Hospital. This Senior role line manages a team of 7 administrators across these services, providing professional development and a standardise approach.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced administrators to join the Senior Administration Leadership Team to help provide a positive and efficient administration support service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of a team. The post-holder will need good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive “can do” attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability in a change. The base of the post holder is negotiable however they will need the ability to work across all locations during the working week.
