This interesting and varied role will include administration support to the Management Support Officer and the Leadership Team. You would be responsible for a wide range of administration and clerical duties, to include creating, managing and maintaining electronic systems such as booking meetings, managing medical devices and booking staff training as well as supporting with new starter and student inductions.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to organise your own workload and manage pressures and priorities within the team. Knowledge of SystmOne and the various Microsoft packages would be advantageous. However, full training can be provided.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
