About Manchester Institute of Health and Performance (MIHP)

Our centre is mainly defined by two areas; Health and Performance. The Health area includes an Outpatients Department with 7 consultation rooms, plus an adjoining Radiology Department. We work collaboratively with the Performance and Radiology Team to ensure that all of our patients/ clients experience optimum, timely care.

The Outpatients clinics include consultations, cardiology procedures such as echo's and ECG's, phlebotomy and minor operations, such as nail bed surgery (podiatry) and joint injections (orthopaedics). Outpatient physiotherapy is provided within MIHP along with hydrotherapy and cryotherapy (part of the Performance sector).

We pride ourselves on great patient feedback and are a very welcoming and friendly centre, who care for our staff as well as our patients.

About you

To be considered as a Nurse, you’ll be qualified with an appropriate professional body, such as NMC.

You’ll possess skills to support the variety of specialities as described above. There is also the opportunity to develop your skills. You will have a passion for delivering excellent and individually tailored patient care. Your excellent communication skills will ensure your integration into our multidisciplinary team and you’ll possess the proven ability to work autonomously and flexibly.

Full Time

Shift patterns - 07.30-15.30, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00.
