We are actively recruiting Matrons to support us with our ongoing developments for our Urgent Treatment Centres in Lancashire. We welcome passionate clinicians skilled in the delivery of urgent and primary care services.

You will be one of a team of matrons working either in the Integrated Urgent Care Centre in Preston & Chorley; however you may be expected to work flexibly across areas as part of the team and will be fully supported by the Urgent Care Clinical Lead and specialist clinicians to help with delivery of Professional Clinical Leadership across gtd areas.

You will work in synergy with the Head of Clinical Services, and Senior Operations Managers contributing to quality, service development and leadership across the urgent care footprint. To help us realise our vision and values you will support the Urgent Care lead to support our clinical workforce in the professionalism, standards and behaviours.

You will support operational areas from a senior and strategic perspective which will include wider engagement with stakeholders internally and externally.

You will have line management responsibilities for a team of clinicians and operational staff whilst putting patients at the forefront of care delivery.

We can offer a competitive starting salary of £45,000-£60,000 (dependent upon experience and qualifications) with pay progression matched to the internal KSF competence framework similar to the Agenda for Change Band 8a/8b.
