New challenge, New opportunities, New Surgical Day Case unit?

 

Our Surgical Day Case is expanding to become a brand new 43 bedded, patient focused, nurse led unit in May 2022 and we are looking for individuals who would like to join us and be involved in this new development of our services.

 

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about nursing and delivering care.

You must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, clinically focused and forward thinking and be prepared to deliver care in line with our trust values.

We would like our patients to be cared for by effective role models, with excellent communication skills, to assist us in maintaining patient and staff safety, could that be you? Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual who would like an opportunity to work with a diverse range of specialities? We currently care for multiple specialities including gynaecology, Urology & GI Surgery.

The ward sister and her deputies will need your support in developing all aspects of the ward including, provision of policies and procedures and ensuring high standards and the delivery of quality clinical care. In addition, working flexibly as a member of the team ensuring, standards are maintained and evaluated.

Choose to join us and you will be supported, guided and mentored to enable you to be given the opportunity to provide skills, expertise and knowledge in the day to day care and management of all patients coming through our day case wards. We are a very friendly and supportive team who look forward to new staff joining us whatever your previous experience.
