Do you have significant administrative, telephone and IT experience? Do you have experience of working within a Health or Social Care environment? We have two vacancies for Single Point of Access Administrators to join our team.

- Substantive to work 37.5 hours per week

- Fixed term to work 37.5 hours per week for 10 months to cover maternity leave

The Single Point of Access Administrator role will include taking urgent referrals from GPs, acute hospitals and other Health and Social Care professionals to prevent unnecessary hospital admission and facilitate timely discharge from hospital. The role will also include signposting people/teams to the most appropriate service and passing all referral information to the appropriate Urgent Community Response Team. Also other administrative duties across response and recovery will be required.

The working hours for this role are 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs and possibly across 7 days a week depending on the needs of the service.

We are looking for a motivated member of staff to work as part of the team across 7 days to ensure flexibility and provide cover for each day. If you can demonstrate your flexibility within your working pattern, commitment and willingness to be part of a hardworking and friendly team then this could be the opening for you.

This post is subject to formal matching.  The Band is confirmed but there may need to be some revision to the JD required in the future.
