Surrey Sexual Health Services has up to 37.5 (WTE 1) available for Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) / Customer Care Officer (CCO) to work at Buryfields Sexual Health Clinic, Guildford in Surrey.

We offer a supportive, friendly environment, which is both challenging and rewarding. We have a genuine and active commitment to education and staff professional development. The role will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in sexual health working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role is a dual role including clinical and reception work. Training will be offered to appropriate candidate.

For the position you will:-

- have a non-judgemental approach to sexual health

- demonstrate an active interest in Sexual Health

- have the ability to work within the team both clinically and administrative tasks.

- chaperoning and assisting the clinical team in all aspects of out-patient care

- undertake phlebotomy including patients who have been diagnosed with HIV

- undertake asymptomatic Sexual Health screening on both male and female patients.
