We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of apprenticeships at varying levels across the Trust that supports divisional workforce development plans and initiatives within the boundaries of the apprenticeship levy. They will work to ensure that all initiatives are planned and delivered within agreed resources, timescales and quality parameters and is compliant, where appropriate, with the individual project management guidelines and corporate policies.

Working with the Career Development Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the development needs of staff to local and national priorities, ensuring increased flexibility of training to meet organisational needs working in partnership with Health Education to support the workforce plan.

The successful individual will take responsibility for offering a Careers Advice Service and managing the Trusts Health Ambassador East (HAE) scheme to promote NHS Careers. The post holder will be responsible for the Step Into Health Armed Forces Programme in Norfolk and Waveney, reporting back to all national partners involved with the programme.

Some evenings and the occasional Saturday may be required, but these will be discussed

Hours of Work Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
