ABOUT CHOC

We provide out of hours (OOH) primary care and Extended Access appointments to the population of Cumbria (500,000 people over a land mass of 2,613 square miles), working out of 12 clinical sites. Our core bases are:

  • Kendal
  • Barrow
  • Whitehaven
  • Carlisle
  • Penrith
  • Wigton

A new opportunity has arisen within the CHoC team as Practice / Service Manager for Windermere & Bowness Medical Practice.

The Role

This will be a varied and exciting role, with the successful candidate joining us to support the running of Windermere & Bowness Medical Practice after CHoC have recently been awarded the long term contract for this busy and dynamic practice.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a proven people and service management background, including primary care management experience.

This will be a varied and interesting role, requiring a broad skillset and a flexible, adaptable approach to managing the practice. The successful candidate will also be confident in building close relationships with internal and external colleagues across the system.
