An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our expanding ACP team within the Urgent Treatment Centre. The Nottingham CityCare Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is a Nurse-led service that provides assessment and treatment to people with urgent but not life-threatening health problems.

The UTC is a busy environment with staff from various disciplines working together to provide high quality, efficient evidence based care.

We would like to hear from you if are a committed individual with the following attributes.

  • Msc in Advanced Clinical Practice (full MSc)
  • Non-medical prescriber (V300)
  • Experience as an Advanced Practitioner and evidence of autonomous practice in undifferentiated care.
  • Proven clinical leadership skills, knowledge and experience at senior level
  • Excellent standards of care and a positive attitude to managing change and developing services.
  • Motivation to develop self and others.

Applications will be considered from those looking for Part time (22.5 hours per week). There is a requirement for flexible 365 day working with shift works covering 7am to 10pm daily. Previous applicants need not reapply.

Candidates must be a Regulated Health Care professional with current registration i.e. HCPC, NMC.

The UTC is a training environment where employed practitioners will support the development of all disciplines of health care professionals including student nurses, pharmacists, GP SpR, medical students and paramedics.

The service is located in Seaton House, City Link, Nottingham NG2 4LA. Seaton House has recently undergone modernisation and has X ray facilities on site.
