Clinical Audit Administrator (Clinical Hub)

This is an important role providing administrative support to the Clinical Quality and Professional Development Lead, with ad-hoc administrative support to the Head of and Deputy Head of Clinical Operations and Safety and Quality Assurance Manager.

The primary responsibilities of the role surround sourcing call recordings for clinical audit, maintaining databases and spreadsheets and supporting the production of reports relating to clinical audit. The post holder will also play a key part in arranging the induction and support of new starters to the Clinical Operations team.

Where capacity allows, the Clinical Audit Administrator will also support the Head and Deputy Head of Clinical Operations and Safety and the Quality Assurance Manager with administrative tasks including production of minutes, arranging meetings and preparing reports and papers as requested relating to wider Clinical Hub business.  This will involve working closely in support of the Clinical Hub Business Manager.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Clinical Audit function.
