Data Analyst

There has never been a more exciting time to join our team. Pharmacy plays an important role in making Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust the incredible places they are.

We have an opportunity for a confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Homecare Team. The post holder should be excellent communicator and team player, who is committed to providing the best service for our patients and families.

This post is for 37.5 hours per week, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills within primarily Pharmacy Homecare. You will also participate in a 7 day working service including bank holidays and late nights.

Applicants will have a good all round education and have recent experience working as a team and/or working with the public

Duties will include:

  • Processing Prescriptions for Homecare
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with routine queries, over the telephone and face to face
  • Prioritising workload in order to meet deadlines

It is important to note that this post does require frequent heavy lifting with awkward loads on a daily basis.

  • Ø This role does not include dispensing.
