The Community Hospital Matron will play a key role in the leadership of one of our community hospital wards to ensure the delivery of quality care and rehabilitationin partnership withour other ward matrons.

The matron will takeday to day operational responsibility for the delivery of the highest standards of nursing practice and development of the ward team.The role has afunction to work in partnership with the other ward matrons, the Multi-Disciplinary and Adult Social Care teams and key stakeholders to support systems working.

The post holdermay berequiredto work across 7 days with clinical leadership and responsibilities dependent on service need and providecross site matron cover at our Woking Community Hospital.
