An opportunity has arisen for an associate practitioner to join the friendly Stevenage Integrated Community Team. The service covers the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 7 days a week.

The post offers varied and interesting community experience in a well supported environment and is an ideal opportunity for an associate practitioner interested in working in the community. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for a wide range of conditions. The team covers a 7 days a week service and therefore a flexible approach to working is required.

Individuals will be committed to team work, have good communication and decision making skills. In return, we offer an extensive training and education programme as well a range of personal and professional development opportunities.
