Southern Health is one of the largest Foundation Trusts in the UK, specialising in mental health, adult and child community health and learning disabilities.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Manager within the Central Community Mental Health Team at College Keep.

Central Community Mental Health Team is a large and diverse team based in the heart of the City. This is a fast paced role and we are seeking an experienced administrator preferably with previous supervisory / management experience.

You will be part of a well-established and dedicated team comprising a wide range of professionals and will be responsible for providing a fully comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Central Community Mental Health Team. You will provide support to the Team Manager and Team Leaders in the operational management of the service with the needs of the service user being the main priority. The principle of high quality customer care is at the heart of this role.

You will be required to work autonomously without direct supervision and also to manage your own workload. You will need to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, be extremely well organised and possess strong IT skills. A knowledge of the Trust’s electronic systems will be advantageous, although training will be offered.

A DBS check is required by the Employer for this post. The Employer will undertake an initial check at the appropriate level on appointment.
