We are seeking kind, caring and dedicated registered Nurses to compliment the Havering Community Health and Social Care Service team. Our Community and District Nurses support the delivery of 24hr holistic health care to support our strategic vision of the ‘Best care by the best people’
As a member of our community multi-disciplinary team, you will work within a primary care network team alongside District Nurses, Specialist Nurses, Therapists and Health Care Assistant’s to meet the needs of complex community delivered patient care supporting early discharge and avoiding admissions to the acute sector.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes is essential.

Probationary Period

Assessment/Interview info
At NELFT we set very high standards to ensure we provide quality services. We require prospective employees to carry out an online literacy and numeracy test, equivalent to NVQ Level 2. Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction.
High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £3,784 and a maximum payment of £4,822).
