An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 7 Operational Lead within Long Term conditions (Community Cardiac and Respiratory Services), CIVAS (Community Intravenous Administration service), Tuberculosis (TB) service, the Homeless Health Inclusion Team and the Covid Rehab Service.

These services are made up of specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, Consultants, clinical support workers, and care navigators. We are looking to recruit a Band 7 Operational Lead to provide operational management and leadership to this portfolio of services.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and flexible individual who is able to adapt to changing demands and workload. You will be a natural leader, enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have an interest in service development. You will be a good team player, but also be able to work independently.

You will have knowledge and experience of managing people such as recruitment, induction, staff training, and managing staff capacity to meet service demands including annual leave approval and managing sickness absence.
