The HR Services team are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual for the position of HR Services Officer.

This is a fixed term position until 31 March 2022, and is available due to the substantive postholder taking up a secondment elsewhere in the team.

The successful postholder will be primarily focused on the Recruitment aspects within the HR Services team, with some links to the People Analytics Officer role.

The priorities for this role be checking and approving offer letters and contracts, and ensuring pre-employment checks are compliant and fully completed, providing support and guidance to the HR Services Administrators in the carrying out of their roles. Data quality and compliance checking will also be required, working within the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system.

We are a hardworking and close knit team, with a focus on a supportive and conscientious attitude to work.

This position is available part-time, at 24 hours per week. Working patterns can be flexible, and there will be an expectation of hybrid working – some office based and some home based working.
