Would you like to be part of Viaduct Care, working together to improve the health of patients through supporting GP practices to expand and improve their quality, effectiveness and efficiency of services?

We have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated HCA to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team across a number of services. Services will include extended hours and acute home visiting and so will involve weekend and evening work. The services will be provided from a number of GP practices across Stockport.

  • Experience in phlebotomy is essential.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care is an advantage, as is knowledge of EMIS Web.
  • This post is for 30 hours per week, including weekends. Plus the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Viaduct Care is the GP Federation of Stockport, formed by all Stockport GP practices. Our aim is to find innovative solutions to the challenges currently faced by the NHS, while at the same time protecting the interests of general practice and ensuring that patients continue to receive the very best care locally.
