Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) is seeking a committed and enthusiasticService Managerto join the team.

The successful applicant will lead and manage the multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for the people who use our service and their carers, through excellent partnership working, clear strategic direction and by following our Trusts clinical strategy and listening to the feedback of the people who use the service.

You will be required to ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of mental health services. In addition, you will support strategic leadership for the division in relation to service improvement and quality evaluation. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will be committed to the delivery of a high-quality service, working as part of a well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team in meeting the needs of service users and their carers.

Staff well-being and development are at the heart of our ambitions. We have an active CPD program across the Trust in relation to both clinical and leadership development, as well as a staff resilience hub supporting individuals and teams.

The successful candidate will join a supportive management group across the South West locality comprising 4 CMHRS’ and 2 Home Treatment Teams.

The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Nursing, Psychology, OT or Social Work.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
