Bank Staff Nurse, Beccles Intermediate Care Centre, and Specialist Palliative Care Suffolk

We have an exciting vacancy for a Bank Staff Nurse based in Beccles, Suffolk in our Intermediate Care Centre (ICC) providing rehabilitation and Specialist Palliative Care services to patients in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area.

Our aims are to reduce acute hospital admission and facilitate early discharge for our patients by utilising the skills of the multidisciplinary, skilled team of nurses and therapists permanently attached to the centre.
The ICC also has 6 consultant led Specialist Palliative Care beds which provide intensive symptom control and management to allow patients to maintain the best quality of life possible.

The post holder will provide a high standard of care as part of a multi-disciplinary team to patients within the intermediate care service. The post holder will be working as an autonomous practitioner applying a high level of clinical reasoning to ensure that individualised care is delivered safely.
