As a newly qualified Nurse Associate you will also be allocated a Preceptor to support you and access to our Trust Preceptorship process.

Out Patients is currently open from 07:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays; and you will be expected to work a shift pattern within these hours. Current hours and shift patterns may be subject to change depending on the needs of the Service.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, dynamic adult nurse (with NMC registration) who is passionate about providing high quality care.  We will support you to develop your skills with a thorough induction programme, regular PDR and peer support.
