This is an exciting opportunity to join our Learning and Adoption Team, which is part of Digital Health Engagement. We need motivated and enthusiastic candidates to help us to engage with our clinical teams, enabling them to deliver safe and timely care for the people who use our services.

Surrey and Borders Partnership, a leading provider of Mental Health, Learning Disability and Drug and Alcohol services for people of all ages in Southern England, employs 2,400 staff across 140 services serving a population of 1.3 million.

As a Digital Trainer, you will have good communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of delivery teams and stakeholders. You will be comfortable helping individuals or whole teams to understand their use of clinical systems. You will work together with Digital Health Advisors to help staff to take ownership of fundamental tasks, to help new staff learn the ropes and be a trusted partner for existing teams and services. You will be at the cutting-edge of new innovations and system changes. You will bring experience of a training and learning environment, and gain and maintain an understanding of the wider objectives of our digital learning strategy. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and have an adaptable approach to keep pace with constant changes.

Engagement is a two-way activity. It will be your duty to capture feedback from clinical divisions so that colleagues in Digital can understand their needs and issues. Our desire is to raise the Digital literacy and capabilities of all staff who work at SABP.

As a team member you will contribute to the development of the Learning and Adoption team and enjoy looking for better ways to do things.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

 




Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
