We have a fantastic opportunity to join our renowned Falls Prevention Service within CLCH. The service sees residents of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham who have a history of falls or who are at risk of falls. We offer comprehensive assessment within AHP-led and Consultant Geriatrician-led falls clinics and clients’ own homes, and deliver evidence based strength and balance classes as well as one to one rehabilitation.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic B7 Physiotherapist, who is passionate about the care of older people and who has experience in managing people at risk of falls in a variety of clinical settings.

The post holder will be a Team Lead for a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants and will deputise for and be supported by the Falls Clinical Lead. They will take an active part in the continued development of the service through quality improvement projects.

The post holder will work within professional standards and clinical guidelines to promote best practice and will undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. The post holder will build up and maintain key relationships with referring services across CLCH and will be responsible for supervision of junior staff, rehabilitation assistants and Physiotherapy students.

We are seeking a full-time post holder however will consider part-time if appropriate.
