We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our busy administration team within the Respiratory Medicine, Thoracic, Clinical Immunology and Allergy Service.

Working as a clinic co-ordinator, you will be joining a busy team providing a first class service to patients attending the services’ outpatient clinics. In this role you will be preparing and ‘sitting’ clinics and dealing with all associated workload to ensure that our patients have a safe and positive experience and that medical colleagues have all of the information they require to treat and care for their patients.

We are looking for professional and confident individuals with the ability to communicate on all levels and one who can remain calm and work accurately under pressure. You should also have the ability to prioritise your own workload but also be able to receive direction from colleagues within the team; identifying and escalating any problems to senior staff in a timely manner.

Experience within a busy healthcare setting, knowledge of hospital systems (e.g. HISS and Track-it) is desirable but not essential.
