Our Organisational Development (OD) Team sits within the HR Department, and works in partnership with managers and leaders, to design and deliver key initiatives and projects that support the Trust in becoming an ‘employer of choice’.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional to join us at an exciting time. The person will play a key role in continuing to build on the OD and Inclusion agenda in support of the Trust’s cultural change programme. This work will be key in driving team performance and therefore success at the Trust. Part of the role will be to work closely with and upskill managers to enable them to identify the best interventions for their team members in order to provide a positive, inclusive and performance driven culture for the benefit of their teams and patients.

 

You will need to have experience of leading, devising, implementing and evaluating OD / Inclusion projects, and of delivering/facilitating on a range of different initiatives under the agendas of OD and Inclusion using a strong coaching approach. There is an ambitious agenda which means this person must work at pace to engage well with colleagues and deliver on these key programmes in line with our People metrics.

 

The person will ensure initiatives are aligned to our values, our People Strategy and will be an excellent role model as a leader at the Trust. They will also have the opportunity to work with our external partners and accreditation bodies to benchmark our work and therefore ensure we are working in line with best practice. You will need to be values drive, embrace inclusion and have a passion for learning, while being a strong team player.
