Treatment Room Nurse Post

Part Time/Full Time

Lister House

The General Practice Nursing (GPN) workforce is at the forefront of leading change in primary care and with primary care being central to our health system, it’s the place to be for any ambitious nurse. We are a substantially sized practice however, we still maintain a personal approach to patient centred care because we refuse to be a faceless institution.

There is an exciting opportunity for the right nurse to join our team at Lister House and embark on a career pathway developing into General Practice Nursing.

There’s never been a better time to be a general practice and at Lister House you can expect:

  • support from all the Lister House teams
  • to be challenged and feel rewarded
  • every day to be different
  • your skill set to be expanded
  • competitive salary

We have a large nursing team offering a varied skill mix and although a larger than usual group we work as a closely knit supportive team. We are also a training surgery and pride ourselves on investing and developing individuals to help them reach their full potential and career goals.

The ideal applicant will be a highly motivated qualified nurse who is:

  • looking to build a career in primary care
  • chronic disease and practice nurse experience desirable but not essential
  • patient focussed
  • has a strong team work ethic
  • hold a full clean driving licence
