CSH Surrey wishes to appoint an outstanding Chief Finance Officer to lead its finance, procurement, contracts and estates functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with senior colleagues, this individual will lead and co-ordinate strategic, operational and financial planning across the organisation so the organisation works as successfully internally as it is impactful externally. Alongside the CEO, the CFO will play an important role externally, building relationships and acting as an ambassador for the organisation while shaping and embedding the processes and approaches that will ensure CSH Surrey’s success as it continues to grow. Candidates will have strong leadership experience in a substantial finance function in a complex organisation. They will have a strong track record of delivering positive change, supporting commercial decision making and building organisational capacity. Whilst experience in the Health and/or Care sectors may be helpful, CSH Surrey’s priority in this appointment is to bring in an individual whose leadership approach and capability, and financial and contracting expertise, will enable the organisation to maximise the opportunities ahead.
