This role helps the Trust prepare for emergency events or things that might disrupt the normal running of services. Much of the role is preparatory working with external and internal staff to ensure that the right policies and plans are in place, but the role also is crucial in helping the Trust respond to events as they arise, and to help de-escalate services back to normal operation.
