An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Customer Service Coordinator in the 0-19 Admin SPA. We are able to offer a 6-month secondment to lead this busy team based at Stockdale House. The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

The 0-19 Admin SPA provides admin support to our clinical colleagues in the 0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service. The Customer Service Coordinator oversees the duties completed by the team and has line management of the Customer Service Supervisors and Customer Service Administrators.
Key duties include:
• Ensuring the SPA maintains performance levels to support the Service in meeting KPI’s set by the Children’s Commissioner.
• Attendance of key meetings with Service contacts to present SPA performance data and remain up to date with process
• Support and day to day line management of the SPA team
• ESR management- ensuring all absence is recorded accurately for team members
• Knowledge and implementation of HR processes including (but not limited to) flexible working requests, formal sickness management, maternity policy
• Recruitment of new starters when required

Essential skills required:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent People Management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills as liaison with colleagues will be a regular occurrence
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential in supporting processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SystemOne and wider computer systems.

This is a varied role, working at pace and offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal and external colleagues. As such, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is flexible and able to work autonomously and as part of a busy team.

Your primary focus will be the 0-19 Admin SPA team however you will be asked to participate in team meetings across the business unit and will be asked to participate in work streams across the business unit, contributing to and supporting processes in 0-19 and the Children’s Business Unit for example supporting colleagues with Recruitment and workflow management.
