Community Dentist – Band A

Full Time (37.5 Hours)

Anticipated Start Date: Immediate

Based to be confirmed

The post will provide interesting and challenging work for an established, experienced dental practitioner, who will be joining a committed and motivated team. The post holder will provide oral healthcare to children and vulnerable adults requiring special care dentistry. Care will be provided from fixed clinics, mobile dental units, or on a domiciliary basis.

We can offer an environment geared to professional and personal development, and are committed to providing development and training opportunities to succeed in the above roles. We would therefore welcome applications from enthusiastic and self-motivated team players with the presence and credibility to generate commitment and support from other members of the team. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate good clinical and communication skills.

This position involves Regulated Activity with children and adults as defined by the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act (amended by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012) and the following checks will be undertaken following any conditional offer:
