Solent NHS Trust would like to invite enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitors to join our workforce delivering The Healthy Child Programme to children and families across the Isle of Wight.

This post offers an excellent opportunity to deliver an effective Public Health service, you will utilise your skills to promote improved outcomes for children and families in Public Health England’s six High Impact Areas. Our Health Visitors are well supported through a positive culture of regular clinical and safeguarding supervision and one to one line management. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to implement new and exciting ways of working. Good organisational skills, the ability to problem solve, and an ability to develop an effective rapport with a variety of service users is essential. Working as part of a team in a collaborative way with a range of professionals is integral to the role.
