The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Out Patient Service has3 vacancies for Admin Assistant/Receptionist. The positions are based at Westcotes House (out-patient team), Mawson House (Eating Disorder Team) at the Child and Family Unit at Loughborough Hospital. There will be a requirement to work across all CAMHS bases from time to time as dictated by service need.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have good interpersonal skills and are able to work well on their own and as part of a team. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner. You will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the bases as well as providing administration and reception support to the clinical teams. The successful candidates will require a high level of organisational skills and show attention to detail.

It is a statutory requirement for roles that involve work in care homes that staff are up to date with their Covid vaccination status to be able to work in that environment, unless the person has a valid medical exemption. Where a role requires this, they will need to demonstrate that they meet this requirement during the recruitment process.

For areas where our teams work to staffing rosters, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.
