We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our friendly and supportive Learning and Development Team!

The People Team delivers services covering People Operations, Learning & Development, People Partnering, Continuous Improvement, Occupational Health & Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion to Solent NHS Trust community-based healthcare services staff.  Through building professional relationships and getting the basics right, we; 

  • Provide people practices that enable our teams to deliver great service.
  • Enable our colleagues to grow.
  • Keep our colleagues healthy; and
  • Partner our leaders enabling them to make confident decisions.

In this new role you will work alongside colleagues in the Learning and Development team and other teams within the Trust to manage, monitor and maintain the Online Learning System (LMS) to ensure it is fit for purpose and meets the needs of the Trust.

You will provide a ‘first contact’ service for e-learning queries vie email, telephone or face to face, this will also include supporting and guiding managers to ensure teams complete required statutory and mandatory training within the required timescales.

You will lead the co-ordination of administrative support to Trust training programmes, including Trust induction. This involves responsibility for room bookings, producing course material, ensuring facilitators are available, maintaining delegate attendance lists, overseeing the issuing of security/ID passes and capturing evaluation feedback.

You will also work with members of the team where you will support the development of training resources and guides, system management, quality assurance and system development.

This will suit candidates who can provide experience providing excellent customer service who can communicate at all levels.
