The purpose of this role is to the manage and co-ordinate Clinical Equipment Training within North Bristol NHS Trust.

The post holder will be required to develop and implement the North Bristol NHS Trust Policy for Clinical Equipment Training; organise and coordinate all clinical equipment training within the Trust; produce and develop the appropriate training delivery and competency assessment methods; and monitor and review effectiveness of the scheme.

As Clinical Equipment Training Co-ordinator, the post holder will be required to engage with the Trust’s Learning and Development Department, clinical staff, Clinical Equipment Services staff, senior management and external organisations to ensure that the training scheme meets the clinical and operational requirements of the Trust, reacting to unforeseen changes as necessary
